Online customers are a priority for Six Continents Hotels
Six Continents<.> Hotels and iPerceptions Inc. have reached an agreement for iPerceptions to conduct webValidator studies on Six Continents Hotels' Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, InterContinental, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites web sites, as well as the Priority Club Rewards program site. Studies will be conducted through 2003 on a quarterly basis.
iPerceptions has developed a unique way to not only conduct simple, fast and economical market research on a user's behavior throughout their web site experience, but more importantly, it also provides answers to critical business issues related to this medium. This technology allows organizations to immediately make decisions on how to maximize the channel for their primary and most important user groups while simultaneously improving the business and its ROI.
Six Continents Hotels refines its web sites continually, setting new industry standards and meeting the needs of our guests, clients and stakeholders, said Del Ross, director of Internet business for Six Continents Hotels. We're pleased to be working with iPerceptions. Their webValidator online customer research survey provides us with the tools necessary to identify what our customers want from our Internet web sites, said Mr. Ross. WebValidator studies have already delivered value, increasing the percentage of visitors who book their reservations on our sites, said Mr. Ross.
Our alliance with Six Continents Hotels is confirmation that our webValidator Solutions Platform is a valuable addition to their overall web marketing strategy, enhancing the relationship between their various brands and their web site users, as well as driving increased profits and ROI, said Jerry Tarasofsky, CEO of iPerceptions. We are extremely pleased to be able to continue working with an industry leader like Six Continents Hotels, said Mr. Tarasofsky.
