Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ Select Service Division announces sale of Wyndham Garden Overland Park
Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ select service division is pleased to announce the sale of the Wyndham Garden Overland Park. The 180-room hotel features a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a lounge, the Garden Cafe, and 3,800 square feet of flexible meeting space.

Overland Park is a growing and affluent suburb of Kansas City. Recently ranked 6th in Money magazine’s “Best Places to Live,” the community was recognized for its abundance of high-paying jobs and enjoys upward-trending economic activity. The property is well positioned near the Overland Park Convention Center as well as a high concentration of major corporate office parks.
