Abacus appoints new Chief Financial Officcer
Abacus International, Asia’s leading travel facilitator, today announced the appointment of Mr Peter Gammon as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Gammon’s duties include strategic and financial planning, management and statutory reporting, controllership, tax planning, treasury and risk management, legal, administration, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and strategic operations of Abacus and its subsidiaries.

Mr Robert Bailey President & CEO of Abacus International welcomed Mr Peter Gammon to the team. “Peter Gammon’s depth of experience in a range of market conditions in roles throughout Southeast Asia will be invaluable to Abacus international at a time of significant changes in the industry.”

With 25 years of financial experience, Mr Gammon’s experience includes CFO roles for multi-national IT and relationship management companies in Southeast Asia. “With Asia’s travel industry at a cross-road just now – this is a very exciting time to join Abacus International as the company continues to adapt its business and financial strategies to the rapidly evolving market,” said Mr Gammon.
