Condor is going to introduce yet another destination to its already existing routes; Fort Lauderdale in Florida is known to be the Venice of America because of its expensive and intricate canal system. This destination offers holiday makers of all ages with a large number of activities, ranging from fantastic beaches, yachting centres and boatyards, historical sights, and large selection exclusive hotels and resorts. Adding this destination Condor is looking to provide its clients with an additional holiday spot. Condor is the only European airline to fly to Fort Lauderdale nonstop.
The first flight to Fort Lauderdale will be operated on the 14th of May 2010; flights will be scheduled for every Tuesday and Friday. All flights out of Frankfurt to Fort Lauderdale are operated on a Boeing 767-300 equipped with winglets, the modernised Boeing 767-300 fleet. The aircraft consists of 18 seats in Business Class, 35 seats in Premium Economy and 217 seats in Economy Class.
Passengers flying from London Heathrow to Fort Lauderdale via Frankfurt, have the option of flying with Lufthansa feeder flights.
