Viking Hellas scheduled services from Athens to Manchester and Iraq
Viking Hellas (VQ) is the newest airline in the Viking Group, which makes us uniquely fresh and exciting but very experienced at the same time. The Viking Group currently includes Viking Airlines AB in Sweden and this will be further expanded with the addition of Viking Airlines UK in 2010.

Viking Hellas’ operational home base is in Greece with headquarters in Athens. Scheduled services from Athens will be launched as of the 1st of February 2010 to Manchester as well as to Iraq (Erbil, Sulaimaniyah and Baghdad).

Viking Hellas will also be operating charter flights on behalf of some of Europe’s leading tour operators from Greece to destinations throughout Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, North Africa and the Middle East.

The Viking Group has already upgraded its fleet to include Boeing B737-300s and Next Generation Boeing 737-800s. Viking Hellas is planning to add to its fleet, two Airbus A320 aircrafts in spring 2010. Also in response to customer demand Viking Hellas will be operating an 11-VIP seat Challenger 600 series executive jet from March 2010 to provide custom flight service to corporations, high net-worth individuals and government departments.
