Dnata Travel offers new service to customers

Dnata Travel recently opened a new counter at Dubai International Airport’s Terminal 1, offering a dedicated ticketing service for low cost airlines.

Open 24-hours for customers’ added convenience, the Dnata team offers a booking service for customers’ travel requirements on flydubai, Air Arabia, Air Blue, Air India Express and Jazeera Airways.

Majid Al Mulla, Vice President, Dnata Travel, said: “Over the past few months we have experienced a significant growth in the demand for travel on low cost carriers and have set up this service in response to demand from customers. We expect this trend to continue and are working towards widening this service to allow us to retail tickets for more low cost carriers in the future.”

The counter also offers additional travel-related services such as insurance, car hire, issuing international driving licenses as well as complete holiday packages.
