Maison de la France and Accor sign partnership agreement
Gerard Bremond, Chairman of
Maison de la France, and Jean-Marc Espalioux, Chairman of the
Accor Management Board, today signed a partnership agreement intended to increase the number of tourists to France.
To improve the quality if foreign visitor reception and further promote the image of France, joint action plans will be deployed in France and abroad :
- In France, Maison de la France`s campaign to improve the quality of tourist reception, which Mercure has partnered since 2001, will be extended to all Accor hotel brands.
- Abroad, Maison de la France and Accor will every year define joint objectives. Accor sales offices around the world will systematically serve as interfaces for directors of Maison de la France offices. In countries where Maison de la France does not have offices, marketing campaign synergies will be developed and, in some cases, resources or office space may be provided.
Accor will also increase its participation in Maison de la France`s Club France loyalty program, with Sofitel, Novotel and Mercure hotels in France offering preferred rates and a personalized welcome to the tourists who are Club France cardholders.
Maison de la France and Accor will also develop cross-visibility between their websites.
