Prime Minister of Egypt to open conference on air transport facilities
Prime Minister Dr. Atef Ebeid will open on Monday a conference on air transport facilities and safety which is organized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

This is the first conference to be held by the ICAO on air transport facilities in the Mideast region since the conference`s first session in 1946.

Minister of Civil Aviation, Ahmed Shafiq held meeting yesterday with ICAO Chief Dr. Asad Qutet on the agenda of the 12th session of the air transport facilities conference.

Qutet toured Cairo International Airport to get acquainted with the Egyptian airports development plans to absorb the increasing travel flow in Egypt.
