Thomson Call Centre in Scotland
Thomson<.> Travel Group, a Preussag<.> subsidiary, has announced plans to create up to 1000 jobs at its national call centre in Glasgow. The expansion over the next three years will make the group one of the largest employers in Scotland.The call center currently employs over 450 people and is recruiting 200 new staff for the New Year holiday sales period. The call centre will sell holidays from over 130 tour operators and 113 scheduled and charter airlines.
