TAP Portugal has appointed and signed a multi-year agreement with specialist airline technology supplier EB2 to provide a comprehensive suite of distribution products and services.
Dr. Luis Monteiro, Vice President e-Business & Market Development for TAP Portugal commented; after an extensive global search and review process we decided to select EB2 as our distribution partner as they displayed a comprehensive understanding of airline needs and issues, and presented a refreshing vision that we believe will enable us to achieve our aggressive online goals. EB2 clearly demonstrated their capability to integrate and develop airline specific software applications that drive bottom-line financial benefits whilst meeting the needs of our online customers.
