Fouad Takla construction completes Four Seasons Damascus

The Four Seasons Damascus, overlooking the ancient city and a symbol of the Syria’s promising prosperity, has opened its doors as the first five-star hotel to be launched in the Syrian capital in almost a quarter of a century.
The Four Seasons Damascus results from laws encouraging foreign investment, which saw its construction under Saudi Arabian magnate Prince Al-Walid Bin Talal.
One of the leading projects in Damascus, the building was successfully carried out by Fouad Takla Construction and is the latest in a long line of high-profile, prestigious projects developments undertaken by the company in Syria.
Omar Takla, Fouad Takla Construction Company’s Managing Director commented: “Completion of this important project which will play a decisive role in Syria’s expanding tourism industry has positioned us at the forefront of the private companies which are helping to build a prosperous future for the country based on free enterprise.”
