Travel Alliance Partnerso introduces `Guaranteed Departure Program`
Friday, February 03, 2006
Travel Alliance Partners, LLC (TAP), the national organization of 34 tour operators announces that it will promote its Inaugural Issue of GUARANTEED DEPARTURES effective February 2, 2006. This introduction coincides with the American Bus Associations Marketplace in Nashville, TN.

This pioneering and innovative product for the travel industry will enable cooperative minded tour companies and bus companies with tour departments, to partner in confidence, with America`s premiere tour operators, in order to offer tour product to their clients with a guaranteed profits. No longer will selling tours be a gamble as to whether or not the group can fill the minimum amount of seats. Now, if only a partial group is gathered, the tour still goes on and the selling tour operator or bus company can gain profits.

Operators and Bus Companies can now book with confidence that they will not be returning any tour money and that the commissions that they gained from selling tours will always be in their pocket stated Dave Lange, Secretary of Travel Alliance Partners and General Manager of Tri State Travel, Galena, IL. He adds, It gives bus companies the opportunity to partner with tour operators and keep their wheels rolling in a cooperative effort.

There are 60 Tours with over 75 departures in the brochure. They cover 29 states, 6 provinces in Canada, three European countries, as well as Australia and New Zealand. Each tour has a retail price and an attractive net price to the travel industry. In addition, American Bus Association companies can negotiate, not only commission on the land portion of the tour, but also the possibility of being the transportation provider. Ten Thousand copies (10,000) will be distributed to ABA members, NTA travel providers, Attendees at Bank Travel, Travel South and all GLAMER shows. This has been a tremendous undertaking and our partners have responded with the excellence for which they are noted, said James J. Palmeri, Executive Director of TAP.

It will be a positive step towards fighting climate change, as the aviation industry will be able to reduce its C02 emissions.

It will be positive for the environment but it will cause huge problems in other industries such as the food industry, especially in food supply.

It will have a negative impact as the widespread planting and use of biofuel crops could threaten the natural ecosystems.
