New flights and destinations in Germanwings` winter timetable
Friday, July 07, 2006
The biggest part of Germanwings’ Winter Timetable for 2006 / 2007 is already open for booking and it offers more connections and destinations all around Europe, starting from the airline’s hub in Hamburg that includes one more important direct connection.

For the first time, the fourth hub of the German low-cost carrier is connected with Russian capital Moscow and the ultra-modern Vnukovo airport. As of October 31st three weekly flights from Hamburg to Moscow will be added to the already existing connections from Cologne / Bonn, Stuttgart and Berlin. This means that now Moscow will be served directly from all four Germanwings hubs.

New flights also from Cologne-Bonn

A third daily flight to London - Stansted completes ideally the already existing two connections, covering in particular the needs of business travelers. Furthermore, as of November 1st Spain’s Alicante will be served for the first time also in winter, with two weekly flights.
