NACTA`s home based agent summit gives educational opportunities to travel agents

The National Association of Commissioned Travel Agents (NACTA) announced the training event of the year for its members and all home-based travel professionals who want to reach the summit. NACTA again leads the way in bringing unparalleled educational opportunities for travel agents working from home. The Summit, which will take place Nov. 29, 2006, in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., is guaranteed to bring non-stop excitement and motivation to attendees from beginning to end.
“NACTA looks forward to bringing important and timely topics to attendees of the Home-Based Agent Summit,” said Joanie Ogg, NACTA president. “Included in the one-day program will be a powerful combination of panel discussions, motivational speakers, educational training and a mini-trade show. All of this, along with idea sharing and networking among agents, will make for a tremendous learning opportunity.”
Topics that will be covered include “How To” be successful in key business areas such as sales and marketing, technology and database management.
“This is exactly what home-based agents are asking for at industry training events, and we are bringing this to them in Ft. Lauderdale. Speakers will address real life examples, real life sales scenarios and most importantly they will share information on ‘how to reach the summit’ in a fun and motivational way,” said NACTA Director of Sales & Marketing Alleigh Grieder.
