More than 250 companies have registered to exhibit their products and services at the Euro Attractions Show (EAS) 2007 which will take place at the FIBES Conference and Exhibition Centre in Seville, Spain 30, January through 1 February according to the organizer.
This advance registration far exceeds the number of exhibitors registered for the two previous EAS shows and marks unprecedented growth for what has quickly become the premier trade show for the attractions industry in Europe, said EAS representative.
Exhibit space in Pavilion 2 of the FIBES Centre is already sold out and only a few booths remain in Pavilion 1. As a result, show organizers opened Pavilion 3 to accommodate additional exhibitors.
More than 50 percent of the companies registered for the show have never exhibited at EAS before. “Attendees will truly benefit from this increase in supplier diversity and product selection allowing them to have more choices and providing them with new ideas for a successful 2007 season,” stated Gilles Reverchon, EAS board member.
More than 7,000 people from 65 countries are expected to attend the show. Attendees represent owners, operators, managers and suppliers of amusement and theme parks, carnivals, fairs, exhibitions, family entertainment centers, water parks, zoos, aquariums, museums, science centers, stadiums, arenas, campgrounds, national parks, casinos, resorts, shopping centers and retailers.
EAS 2007 is co-hosted by two attractions and supplier trade associations, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) and European Association Amusement Supplier Industry (EAASI).
