Russian authorities fear attack in Moscow`s subway

The Russian government is on high alert after information from foreign officials that terrorists are planning to hit the public transportation system of the country including metro. Federal Security Service chief Nikolai Patrushev called authorities and civilians to stay alert commenting that all the information are meticulously being checked.

The name of the country or the person that gave the infomation for the imminent attack hasn`t unveiled yet.

After 1994 rebels from Chechnya have committed many attacks even in Moscow with many victims. Several attacks and bombings have also occured in the Russian`s capital subway system in a more than twelve years of conflict between rebels from Chechnya and Russian army forces.
