Superfast Ferries sold two of its vessels

Attica Enterprises<.> announced that the Government of the State of Tasmania (Australia) and TT-Line Pty Ltd. of Tasmania have entered into an agreement with its wholly owned subsidiary Superfast<.> Ferries to acquire Superfast III and Superfast IV for service in the Bass Strait.

This Agreement is due to be finalized and implemented by June this year.

Superfast Ferries have recently taken delivery of their newest ferries, Superfast IX and Superfast X and are expected to further increase their fleet with two more big units, Superfast XI and Superfast XII which are expected to be delivered by Flender Werft, Lubeck, Germany early in April and early in June this year, respectively.

Superfast Ferries operate services in the Adriatic Sea, connecting Italy and Greece, in the Baltic Sea connecting Finland (Hanko) to Germany (Rostock) and Sweden (Sodertalje) to Germany (Rostock) and soon Superfast will begin its new service from Scotland (Rosyth near Edinburgh) and Belgium (Zeebrugge) across the North Sea.
