As of April 15, 2007 the latest booking figures for the Kuoni Group show a 13% increase over the previous year, as will be announced at the Annual General Meeting in Zurich. The Board of Directors will recommend to the General Meeting that a dividend of CHF 3.00 be paid per Registered Share A and CHF 15.00 per Registered Share B. In addition, Wolfgang Beeser, Heinz Karrer and John Lindquist are recommended for election onto the Board.

Kuoni Group’s tour operating business showed a rise in booking figures in Swiss francs of 13% over the same period last year. At its Annual Results Media Conference back in March Kuoni was able to announce a positive
trend and this has continued over the past few weeks.

The figures for the key entities are as follows:

• Switzerland +12%



• Scandinavia +11%



• France +8%



• United Kingdom +12%



• India +37%

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of CHF 3.00 be paid per Registered Share A and CHF 15.00 per Registered Share B.

In Wolfgang Beeser, Heinz Karrer and John Lindquist the General Meeting will see the nomination of three people with extensive management expertise and years of experience in strategic management.
