Conrad to manage first hotel in Argentina

The contemporary luxury hotel brand, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, has signed for the Conrad Buenos Aires, the brand`s first management agreement in South America. The Conrad Buenos Aires will consist of a 190 guest room hotel. In addition, 350 Conrad Residences will form part of the complex.

Our guests expect an exclusive luxury environment with individual style, sophisticated service, and most significantly a place where they can truly engage with the local culture.
Construction of the Conrad Buenos Aires is expected to begin in 2008 and completion is scheduled for early 2010.
Conrad Hotels & Resorts is continuously growing and strengthening its global portfolio and currently has 17 luxury properties in urban and resort destinations globally. New Conrad Hotels & Resorts are in conversion in the Maldives and under development in Shanghai, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, the Bahamas and Koh Samui, Thailand.
