The Board of Directors of Attica Enterprises<.> announces the hand-over of Superfast<.> III and Superfast IV to their new owners, the Government of the State of Tasmania (Australia) owned TT-Line Pty Ltd. of Tasmania.
The ships, as agreed last March, were sold at a price of USD 152 million (approx. Euro 167 million). The proceeds from the sale will produce substantial financial benefits for the company.
