Travel Technology Initiative`s Executive Forum has attracted top senior industry figures. Close-on 100 executives from across all sectors of the travel industry are expected to register for the event, which is being held to explore technology and business process issues that are of true concern to the travel industry.
Those who have confirmed their attendance so far include:
- Justin Fleming, ABTA`s President
- Steve Endacott who runs On Holiday Group
- Richard Carrick, Managing Director of Hoseasons
- John Donnelly, founder of Holiday Hypermarket and who has just launched his new agency business, Tuxedo Travel
- Paul Evans, Chief Executive of LowCost Travel Group

The Forum will use Open Space methodology where delegates set their own agenda for the day. Delegates will be seated in the round to explore issues that are of true concern and then break out into separate meetings to debate the issues in more detail. The day will end with delegates voting on which issues need the most urgent attention.
Mick Mott, General Manager of TTI, stated,
We are delighted that so many senior industry managers have accepted our invitation to take part in the Executive Forum. With the high calibre of the executives attending, we expect very lively discussions. We have real confidence in the outcome of the day giving TTI clear guidance on which are the most pressing industry matters that we can address.
As TTI represents draws its membership from across the whole industry, any projects that we start as a result of the Forum will undoubtedly benefit all in travel.
The Executive Forum is being held at the prestige conference location of Beaumont House in Windsor in early December. Attendance at the event is by invitation only.
