Belfast: better believe it
Wednesday, June 29, 2005

Belfast may not be the first city that most people think of when considering a city break away. However, for those who choose to come they discover a diamond in the rough. Over the last number of years, Belfast has been transformed to the extent that it could now easily rival almost any other European city as a great short break destination. There’s a great buzz and feeling of prosperity surrounding the city, boasting World-class conference and convention facilities. Ideally situated Belfast is a perfect base for a longer visit to Northern Ireland and some of the most breathtaking scenery in the World. All this, combined with the famous Belfast welcome makes it a new and interesting holiday destination.

Poll
How is the use of biofuels by the aviation industry going to affect the environment?

It will be a positive step towards fighting climate change, as the aviation industry will be able to reduce its C02 emissions.

It will be positive for the environment but it will cause huge problems in other industries such as the food industry, especially in food supply.

It will have a negative impact as the widespread planting and use of biofuel crops could threaten the natural ecosystems.

It will harm the environment as carbon savings from biofuels are negligible.
