After a 23-year career with an international planning firm, Phillip Bogdal founded EcoPlan in early 1996. One year later, EcoPlan opened
its second office in Sao Paulo, Brazil and in 1999 a third office was opened in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
EcoPlan, with its staff of 14, is currently working in eleven countries and has built a strong reputation in both Land Planning and Landscape Architecture, especially with regard to international resorts and large scale planned communities. In addition, having worked on most projects with multi-disciplinary teams, we understand the importance of working with experts in other, related fields to bring about the best possible solution for both the client and the environment.
EcoPlan's goal is to develop creative solutions, while pursuing the highest level of ecological sensitivity possible.
EcoPlan's staff and technical support team includes skilled professionals with design, construction and environmental expertise. From conceptual sketches to computer analysis to AutoCAD produced construction documents, EcoPlan can provide a wide range of graphic and technical drawings, commensurate with each phase of design.
Before beginning any project, it is EcoPlan's intent to gain a full understanding of it's client's vision and goals, the physical site, and the economic conditions affecting the design, while at the same time, providing the highest level of professional service possible.
