for the Development of Golf in Greece to a distinguished audience of
industry leaders, top investors, leading entrepreneurs, decision-makers,
government officials, policy formers and professionals at the 1st European Golf
Investment & Real Estate Conference & Exhibit in Athens on
November 28th, 2003.
Career summary
Aris is General Manager of JBR Hellas. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from London
University. He has been actively consulting the leisure and tourism industry since the early
90s as Director of Consulting division of the then Horwath member in Greece.
He has led and participated in a large number of tourism projects, including integrated golf and real estate resorts, individual hotel studies, golf courses, conference centres, marinas, casinos, theme parks etc. For
two years, he was also member of a project management team developing a 100-hectare area into a golf resort and real estate development.
