The international expansion of the Maritim Hotel Company is continuing. HMS International Hotel GmbH, an associated partner of Maritim, has just signed the management contract for a new 4-star-plus hotel in Estepona on the Costa del Sol in Spain. Under a franchise agreement between HMS and the German hotel group this project will be operated as a Maritim hotel.
