Delta Hotels has been awarded the prestigious Order of Excellence, the highest distinction conferred by Canada’s National Quality Institute (NQI) in its Canada Awards for Excellence program. The award recognizes outstanding achievements in the areas of quality, customer service and a healthy workplace.
Mayflower Tours released its 2008 product line, including its United States, Canada and the World brochure featuring 40 tours and cruise packages. New itineraries include The Best of Texas and Islands of New England. 2007 is turning out to be a great year, both in number of travelers and the agencies that sent travelers with us, said John Stachnik, president of Mayflower Tours. So our biggest mandate for 2008 was finding new and exciting destinations for our travelers and to keep agents excited about recommending Mayflower Tours.
As part of the ongoing expansion of its “Preferred Awards” program for meeting and incentive travel planners, Carnival Cruise Lines is offering new all-inclusive certificates that can be used toward a round of golf for two or a couples spa treatment on board.
