Sabre launches Arabic training module
Friday, November 30, 2007
Sabre Travel Network Middle East launched a comprehensive set of Arabic language training manuals for its travel trade customers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Sabre has recognized that many nationals are entering the travel trade as front desk agents (FDAs) and therefore require training materials and support in their native language.

According to Sabre, the complete set of training manuals will ensure that Arabic speaking end users have the fullest understanding of Sabre’s products and services and can use them to their maximum advantage. It demonstrates Sabre’s commitment to cater for regional customers’ specific needs by tailoring its services to provide a flexible approach and deliver maximum value.

Daniel Naoumovitch, Sabre Travel Network Middle East’s Chief Executive Officer, said: "We are committed to developing our position as a regional leader in global distribution services and as the first supplier to offer this service, this latest addition to our training tools will go a long way to supporting our regional growth plans."
