Tourism & Property Show 2008 collaborating with Travel Media Applications

Hosted Buyers Programme

The Tourism & Property Show 2008, building on the success of the inaugural 2007 exhibition, will be held 22-24 February 2008 in Athens, at the Fencing Hall of the Hellenikon Exhibition Centre (former West Airport). By request of most of the 2007 exhibitors, Tourism & Property Show 2008 will be held a few days before MIPIM 2008. The February dates have also been set to ensure the fullest possible participation of foreign buyers and optimize the exhibition’s commercial results. From the first event this year, the exhibition has gained wide currency among tourism and real estate professionals in Greece and abroad.

So far, the following organizations, among others, have declared their support for Tourism & Property Show 2008:

• The Greek Economy and Finance Ministry
• The Greek Tourism Development Ministry
• FIABCI GREECE
• The Arab-Hellenic Chamber of Development & Commerce
• The Russian-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce
• The British-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce
• DHSG-The German-Hellenic Property Protection Association
• The Greek Association of Real Estate Brokers

The Hosted Buyers and exhibitors will have more than 15 prearranged appointments per day during the first two days of the Show.

These appointments will be organised through an online system, which will give access to all interested Hosted Buyers and Exhibitors by means of a unique username and password. Each party will arrange its own appointments individually, having access to full profile details of all exhibitors and hosted buyers.

The online system will be available to arrange the appointments a month before the opening of Tourism & Property Show. Before that, each Hosted Buyer or Exhibitor will be able to enter his/her profile in order to adjust details.
