1) Component Builder - This will be available to view at the Travel Technology Show, and has been developed to support the rapid growth of dynamically packaged holidays. Enabling increased information to be loaded on to the TARSC file, it will help the agent to accurately record all elements of the booking that have been created, and allow printing of vouchers and other related documents from the file.
2) Complaint Management System - allowing the agent to manage complaints effectively, with a professional approach, and within the client’s timescales.
3) TARSC Online - The client, using their file number, will be able to log on to their booking and view the balance due date and total due, along with the full itinerary. This allows for effective use of agency staff time and reduces the need for client calls in certain circumstances.
