Libra Holidays acquires Argo and Jetlife

Argo Holidays and Jetlife have been acquired by Libra Holidays as Libra confirmed today (15 February). Argo Holidays specializes in Cyprus and Greece and Jetlife in US, Asia and Caribbean.
Libra said in its statement issued today: “Libra Holidays UK Ltd, the new re-structured Libra, has acquired the brands and business assets of Argo Holidays and Jetlife. Intergration of the two companies will commence in the coming weeks and months.”
More detailed information regarding the acquisition will be provided on Monday 18 February.
