Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) announced a major milestone for the Middle East’s hotel industry, unveiling Amanresorts and GHM as operators of a prestigious signature destination that will anchor the hospitality offering within the Dubai Trade Centre District (DTCD) development.

The agreement signals the launch of the first-ever Amanresorts property in the Gulf Region and the first of its kind in the Middle East, as well as the debut of GHM in the UAE.

DWTC envisions DTCD to be a global epicentre for business that not only provides world-class facilities and infrastructure but is also iconic in aesthetic appeal– this hospitality offering will be designed as part of series of landmark structures in the heart of the District, delivering a striking architectural image for Dubai.

Built over an area of approximately 34,000m2 (3.4 Hectares), the hotels, apartments and towers will blend into the surrounding cityscape. The development will be a fully integrated destination that will offer a mix of high-end luxury and sophisticated business convenience.

In addition to its hospitality destination, DTCD will offer a state-of-the-art convention centre at its core, office and residential towers, and a wide range of boutique retail outlets showcased within a spatial mix of terraces and boulevards.
