Indus Mehta Properties, LLC of Pittsford, NY has opened a Microtel Inn & Suites hotel in Bath, NY. “We are proud to continue Microtel’s expansion throughout New York State and to bring a new economy hotel with quality accommodations and reasonable rates to Bath,” said Jett Mehta, managing member of Indus Mehta Properties, which owns and operates Microtel hotels in the Buffalo and Rochester, NY markets in Olean, Springville, Victor and Wellsville. “Microtel’s prototype design sets a new standard for guests and defines the economy hotel of the future.”  Mehta is a former Microtel brand ‘Franchisee of the Year’ and all his company’s Microtel hotels were named ‘Quality Excellence’ award winners at the brand’s conference last February.
