San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau appoints new international sales manager

The
San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau has appointed
Helen Tsui as international sales manager within the Tourism division, effective April 16, 2008.
In her new position, Tsui is responsible for promoting San Francisco to travel producers, including tour wholesalers, retail agencies and travel planners within Asia Pacific markets. She will work with the travel trade and airlines to increase tour, incentive and group travel to San Francisco.
Tsui, who is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, was previously with the Sheraton Fisherman’s Wharf as director of travel industry sales and is highly regarded in the San Francisco hotel industry, having held positions with San Francisco Bay Hotel Collection, Parc 55 and Holiday Inn Financial District, among other properties.

Deborah Reinow, SFCVB vice president of Tourism.
“She is very knowledgeable about the international markets and is greatly respected by our client base all over the world.”
