London based Lidana Ltd, which traded as Respect Holidays and Wildwind Holidays, was a small, specialist direct sell travel company operating inclusive holidays to Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Ibiza, Sitges and Mykonos.

The CAA, under its ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licensing) scheme, is making arrangements for holidaymakers currently abroad to complete their holidays and fly back to the UK as planned. Customers with advance bookings will not be able to travel but should make a claim for a refund of their lost air holiday.

Lidana Limited held ATOL licence number 6122. The company had an authorisation for 3,568 passengers and had provided a bond of £108,623, which has been called.

Advice to customers due to travel: If you are due to travel with Lidana Limited you should submit a claim to the CAA. Claim forms are available on the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk. Do not go to your departure airport as all holidays have been cancelled.
