Job Description:

Leading Tour Company, located in Bangkok, Thailand, seeks web project and business development manager to join their rapidly expanding team. The right candidate will be responsible to manage all web projects and develop new business for the company. Position reports to Managing Director.

Duties:           

  1. Maintain & Enhance Company Internet Presence
  2. Develop & Implement New Tour Related Businesses
  3. Maximize Online Revenues
  4. Design & Produce Company Marketing Materials
  5. Manage Company IT Infrastructure & Staff 

Experience:          

  1. Excellent Knowledge of E-Commerce & SEO
  2. Proven Track Record In Web Design & Development
  3. Good Command of English Language
  4. Prior Experience In Travel Industry
  5. Knowledgeable With Web Development Software and languages: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML, PHP, MySQ, ASP, Joomla CMS a plus

Providers of luxury travel products are going to witness shorter stays by their customers and an increase in seasonality.

People are going to become more value conscious and will opt for those luxury offers that represent a convincing value-for-money proposition. Providers of overpriced services are those to feel the pinch.

Both people paying for their personal trips and firms paying for their top executives' business trips will cut back on travel expenses, thus affecting all luxury travel providers.

It is going to be business as usual. Those people opting for high-end travel products are not going to be affected by the looming crisis.
