TMS Asia-Pacific has introduced a full suite of recruitment services to provide HR practitioners with access to a series of modular options designed to assist them in better actioning their most pressing recruitment needs. CEO Andrew Chan said the introduction of modular services was a good indication of how the recruitment specialist was moving with the times to meet today’s market demands while addressing clients’ individual needs.
Mr Chan said while the employment landscape had changed dramatically in recent months, the company was continuing to enjoy a strong demand for its HR services and recruitment solutions from its clients. “Times have changed and HR practitioners have seen an increase in their overall workloads as a direct result of today’s economic environment but they now need to work with much smaller budgets,” he said. “They have also become much more selective in the services they need to access in order to tackle their most pressing needs.
“In order to meet our clients’ needs, we’ve tailored our services into a modular solution enabling HR practitioners the option to select the right product to help them meet and deal with their most critical requirements.”
The company’s varied modular recruitment services include development of position description, job advertising, industry mapping, candidate scoring, reference checking, compensation benchmarking and background checks, validation and risk reports. Additional solutions also include competency modelling, psychometric profiling outplacement programs and exit interviews, career counselling and reports, in-house recruitment service - even payroll administration and renting of TMS Offices for interviews.
