The iTunes store features more than 10,000 different applications that have been downloaded at least 300 million times (USA Today, Dec. 2008). Since the soft launch of the Choice Hotels Locator two weeks ago, the App has been downloaded from the Apple iTunes Store more than 2,000 times from consumers in more than 40 countries, including Taiwan, Italy, Russia, Great Britain, France and Canada.
