The price of a standard double room in Paris fell by seven percent from April to May to 127 pounds per night. Hotel accommodation is also affordable in Lisbon (95 pounds), Valencia (78 pounds), Granada (75 pounds) and Madrid (96 pounds), as well as in South-East Europe in Sofia (86 pounds) and Bucharest (99 pounds).

In the United Kingdom hotel prices have increased, the price for a double room in London is 130 pounds, eight percent more than in April (120 pounds). The trivago.co.uk hotel price index shows the average overnight accommodation prices for the most popular European cities on trivago.
