Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Times Square opened its doors this week in South Korea’s new multi-complex entertainment landmark that combines shopping, cultural activities, education, offices, restaurants and other attractions. The perfect hub for business and leisure travelers, the property lies in the heart of downtown Seoul’s Yeongdeungpo district and offers subway access within the complex for easy access to all the city’s major venues and attractions. The hotel operates under a management agreement with Kyungbang Limited.

Situated in the heart of downtown, hotel guests are surrounded by 55 restaurants featuring international and local cuisines, bars and clubs, 60 fashion stores with upscale brand names including among others Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci, Cartier and Bulgari. In addition to the shopping haven the multi-complex offers wholesale markets, wedding and convention venues, book stores and the world’s largest screen theater that can seat up to 2,700 people. Bringing nature and some tranquility to the bustling city development is a rooftop garden that spans nearly 15,000 square meters.

The Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Times Square is only five minutes from the financial district and 20 minutes from Gimpo International Airport. The 16-floor hotel features 214 deluxe rooms with king or two doubles, 59 executive rooms and 10 suites. Each spacious guest room is designed to provide comfort and functionality and includes high-speed internet, luxurious bedding, modern furnishings and large work areas.  For executive rooms and suites, an executive lounge located on the 15th floor offers complimentary continental breakfast, snacks and evening cocktails.

Additional facilities at the hotel include a fully equipped gym on the fourth floor, which is open 24 hours a day. Six meeting rooms totaling 304 square meters with complete catering services are ideal for small and medium sized meetings or social occasions. A full service business center and internet access throughout the hotel allows guests to stay productive wherever they are in the hotel.
