Helping organisers stay focused on their priorities
Singapore Expo launches Trusted Partner Programme
Wednesday, October 21, 2009
Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibition (MICE) organisers can now book a space at Singapore Expo and leverage on the network of hotels to provide accommodations to suit their clients like exhibitors, trade buyers, business travelers and conference participants.

This programme will help organisers stay focused on their priorities while Singapore Expo complements their plans by presenting a whole host of partners who will contribute to their successful showing at Singapore Expo.

While sourcing for a suitable event venue, international event organisers can get bogged down by details such as arranging and coordinating transportation, leisure and F&B facilities as well as accommodation to encourage full participation at their events. The Trusted Partner Programme was devised to ease that burden and retain their focus on the execution of their event.

The Trusted Partner Programme is a two-part initiative starting with a collection of 5 and 4 star hotels and accommodation facilities. Says Chandran Nair, Deputy General Manager, Singex Venues Pte Ltd, “There is an increasing demand by organisers of international exhibitions and conventions for a complete suite of solutions which include accommodations, F&B facilities and leisure facilities which contribute to successful meetings held in Singapore.

Singapore Expo aims to meet these requirements.  For a start, we have a stellar panel of hotels that are partnering with us.As part of the second phase, will be looking at Country Clubs, Golf Clubs, Spas, Cultural and Sports attractions in the East to provide these organisers, exhibitors and their delegates several reasons and importantly an experiential business platform at Singapore Expo.”

Organisers, exhibitors, conference delegates and business visitors can expect preferential rates, upgrades and complimentary use of the facilities and amenities while they participate in events, exhibitions and conventions held at Singapore Expo.

This collaboration will further enhance Singapore Expo’s value proposition to the international MICE industry and therefore provide more reasons to take their events to Singapore Expo.
