Providing ‘Pass The Phone’ interpretation and information service
Insurance provider Towergate signs partnership deal with CallUma

Europe’s independently owned insurance intermediary, Towergate Partnership has signed a deal with travel services specialist CallUma to provide all its overseas holiday home customers with its ‘Pass The Phone’ interpretation and information service.

The ‘Pass The Phone’ service gives clients the chance to call CallUma’s interpreters and have them speak directly to someone on their behalf, be it medical staff, utility companies or the emergency services. In the event that the customer requires an overseas tradesmen, CallUma’s staff will locate the appropriate trade and arrange everything for the customer 24 hours’ a day.
