World first travel insurance announces two new "Trade Routes" partners
Monday, November 30, 2009
World First announces two exciting new trade route partners, travelguru.tv and Azure Holidays. travelguru.tv is a video based website which provides a unique combination of professional travel video reports and exceptional holiday offers, and Azure Holidays, is a holiday company specialising in villas in Spain and Portugal.

World First is now working with over 200 travel businesses helping them offer travel insurance policies, and the deals with Azure and travelguru.tv are two of the biggest to date. “Trade Routes” is a white label service which enables agents to offer their customers access to a fully, customised travel insurance website in their own brand and colours, which is powered by World First. This enables businesses to offer customers insurance whilst remaining within the FSA regulations for the sale of Connected Travel Insurance.

“I would never promote any service on our site that I have not tried and tested myself,” says Cathy Bartrop at travelguru.tv. “After extensive research, I bought our annual family policy through World First. For our customer profile, cover for pre-existing medical conditions and insurance for over 65s is also important. World First’s approach ticks all the boxes - their cover options are clear, concise and, above all, competitively priced”.

“We are delighted to be able to offer our customers comprehensive, cost-effective travel insurance via World First’s excellent ‘Trade Routes’ partnership programme,” says Andy Taylor of Azure Holidays. “World First sell the policies and provide all the documentation and commission, but as a partner, we can maintain our relationship with the consumer, something that’s really important to us at Azure Holidays”.

“This is an exciting project for us, we are thrilled to be working with like-minded businesses, travelguru.tv and Azure Holidays” comments Martin Rothwell, Managing Partner of World First Travel Insurance. “We have operated B2C and B2B travel insurance brands for over 30 years and are proud of the cover we offer; the changes in FSA legislation opened a new door of opportunity for us. With a flexible database driven system and commissions of up to 30 per cent, it is a painless, free, win-win option for travel agents and tour operators alike.”
