Service enables online marketing and distribution
Kijubi and Rezgo partner to deliver automated booking and reservations
Friday, December 18, 2009
Kijubi.com, the Experience Marketplace, and Rezgo.com, a next-generation Web-based booking solution for tour and activity providers, announced a partnership whereby Rezgo suppliers can now make their activities available through Kijubi.com. In addition, Kijubi vendors will now be able to license Rezgo’s tour operator software system at a discounted commission rate.

“Leveraging the marketing and distribution capabilities of both Kijubi and Rezgo will give our combined customers an opportunity to get their activity and tour inventory in front of a larger potential customer base,” explained Stephen Joyce, CEO of Rezgo.com.

Rezgo suppliers can now sign up with Kijubi, free of charge, to make their activity inventory available on Kijubi.com.  Kijubi will create custom web pages for each specific activity or tour offering with the ability to accept advance booking reservations, as well as integrate video, photos, and user reviews.

When a Kijubi customer places an order for a Rezgo supplier’s activity, a pending reservation is established, which is then confirmed with the supplier through Rezgo’s online reservation platform.  The Kijubi customers are then issued an automated e-ticket, which can be redeemed onsite at the Rezgo supplier’s location.

“Both Kijubi and Rezgo provide valuable tools so that outdoor activity vendors and tour operators of all sizes can automate much of their reservation and CRM process, as well as increasing their web presence and marketing reach,” said Billy Fried, Founder and CEO of Kijubi. “This partnership is a natural fit and we look forward to a ongoing collaboration to drive innovation in the online travel space.”
