Wyndham Hotel Group expands global sales efforts to South Africa

Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel company with more than 7,000 hotels under 11 brands, announced that it has appointed specialist for international tourism and airline management Aviareps Group to represent the company’s sales activities in South Africa, effectively expanding the company’s global sales efforts throughout the country.
The agreement marks the ninth country where Aviareps will provide Wyndham Hotel Group with representation. The company currently represents Wyndham Hotel Group in the Baltics, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Taiwan and Japan.
“Our combined efforts with AVIAREPS have proven to be very successful over the years and the addition of their representation in South Africa will give Wyndham Hotel Group a strong and necessary presence in a growing travel market,” said Marc Stanley, Wyndham Hotel Group vice president of global sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. “I have no doubt their efforts will prove to be crucial as we look to market our ever expanding portfolio of hotels in the EMEA region and around the globe.”
