The third low-cost airline in the United Arab Emirates
Abu Dhabi to launch low-cost airline in 2010
Thursday, December 31, 2009
A United Arab Emirates-based investment company will start a low-cost airline from Abu Dhabi next year, al Khaleej reported, citing industry sources it didn’t identify. The carrier started hiring and plans to operate short- and mid-range flights to regional cities, the newspaper said, without identifying the name of the investment company.

Abu Dhabi’s carrier would be the third low-cost airline in the United Arab Emirates after Sharjah-based Air Arabia and FlyDubai.
