London’s Strand Palace Hotel has added to its Conference and Events facilities with the launch of the Westminster Suite. Located on the ground floor of the hotel and featuring contemporary decor, the Westminster Suite is available for private dining for up to 40 guests and is ideal for entertaining corporate clients. Alternatively, the room can be used for further meeting space or as a breakout room.

“With Covent Garden and some of the capital’s best theatres easily within walking distance, the hotel has traditionally been considered a leisure destination, but we are seeing this mix shifting, with an increase in corporate events and business visitors in the last year” commented David MacRae, General Manager, Strand Palace Hotel.

“The reason for this rise is down to our continued investment in our meeting room and event spaces, as well as our excellent proximity to London’s financial district.”

The Strand Conference and Events provides a multi-purpose facility comprising eight well-equipped venues all of which boast air conditioning, Wi-Fi and AV facilities and is capable of hosting up to 200 delegates.

The Exeter suite is the largest meeting room in the Strand Conference and Events area. The suite can be used as a boardroom for up to 40 delegates, and at its maximum capacity, can host up to 180-theatre style.

Alternatively the bespoke boardroom is situated on the second floor with an abundant supply of natural daylight. With its setting overlooking the Strand, it is the perfect venue to leave a lasting impression on your most important clients and can seat up to 12 delegates.
