Virgin Holidays Cruises has launched a free, new and exclusive ‘Luggage Chauffeur’ service, collecting holidaymakers’ bags from their homes, whisking them safely to the cruise ships and back home again.

The service - an industry first - is exclusive to all Virgin Holidays Cruises customers embarking on P&O, Princess and Cunard cruises sailing from Southampton and is available to and from any UK address. One bag per person from home to the ship cabin is included in the price of the cruise holiday, with extra bags charged at £35 per bag, each way. A generous 30kg allowance per bag means holidaymakers are encouraged to pack an extra cocktail dress (or two…!) for their cruise knowing that all the heavy lifting is taken care of.

For customers choosing to take advantage of the return service, a clearly marked Virgin Holidays Cruises Luggage Chauffeur will meet them in the Arrivals Hall in Southampton to take their luggage homeward bound.
