Wizz Air expands its operations in Romania

Wizz Air, the largest low fare–low cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe announced that it would expand its fleet in Romania and introduce new flights.

As of 26 June Wizz Air will base a fourth aircraft in Bucharest and launch new flights to Cuneo/Turin, Weeze/Dusseldorf and Zaragoza. The new aircraft will become the eighth Wizz Air Airbus A320 in Romania.

The new aircraft will also allow Wizz Air to increase frequencies on its Barcelona, London Luton and Venice Treviso routes

In addition Wizz Air will launch two new routes from Cluj-Napoca: to Weeze/Dusseldorf and Zaragoza.
