In addition, Karen Faul has been appointed as president of the division. The announcement was made in conjunction with a planned expansion of the company’s burgeoning Hotel Division, which serves four- and five-star hotels and resorts around the world, as well as leading spas and cruise lines worldwide. The newly expanded Monarch Hotel Division will be headquartered in South Egremont, Massachusetts. Karen Faul also began her career in the apparel industry at Cole of California, where she held the position of vice president of marketing for 17 years. Most recently, she served as president of Cypress Bathrobes, where she was instrumental in the design and quality control of their products.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London announced that Karen Linforth has joined the hotel as Finance Director. Karen is responsible for all financial requirements of the hotel and will oversee budgeting, profit maximisation and information technology. Karen previously was Head of Finance at the London Hilton Metropole and has held various positions at the Liverpool John Lennon Airport where she worked for more than seven years.
