The Movenpick Hotels & Resorts Annual General Managers Conference, themed “Africa the New Horizon 2” was held recently at the Movenpick Hotel Cairo-Media City and was attended by all hotels General Managers, the Africa Area Office team including Christian Grage, VP Operations & Human Resources, Sarwat Ibrahim, VP Technical Services & Projects, Manuel Muehlbauer, VP Finance, Pascal Fitoussi, Director of Sales & Marketing, Sahar Shawki, Director of Training & Developments, Parshant Dutta, the Director of Information Technology and Gehan Moustafa, Director of Branding & Marketing Communications.

The conference was held for 3 days and was headed by Jean Gabriel Peres, President & CEO Movenpick Hotels & Resorts.

The conference agenda included many interesting topics such as Global Sustainability, Guest Satisfaction and the company outlook for 2010, in addition, a Gala Dinner was held during which some hotels efforts were recognized and awarded for their 2009 performance.
